Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
